Booking Terms and Conditions: 

All bookings must be confirmed by telephone, email, fax, or post.
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a credit card number and ‘valid from/to’ dates. The total cost of the stay will not be debited until departure.
Payments accepted: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), bank cheques in euros drawn on a French bank account, or cash.

Cancellation Conditions:

- More than 7 days before arrival: cancellation at no cost
- From 5 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the cost of stay, for a minimum of 1 night, and a maximum of 3 nights
- Less than 5 days before arrival: 100% of the cost of stay, for a maximum of 3 nights
- No-show (if you do not check-in on the arrival date specified): 100% of the cost of stay
- Early departure: 100% of the remaining nights, up to a maximum of 3 nights
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email, fax, post) and by telephone.
Cancellation fees will be taken from the credit card details given.
There are special terms for long stays (7 days or more) and for bookings of more than 3 rooms (please ask).

Check-in

Rooms are available from 16:00. Please let us know if you will be arriving late (after 20:00).

Check-out

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00am.
